Forming a Team
Here's what you need to know to get your team into the league.
Start with a Volunteer Coach
Every team starts with a volunteer coach — a parent, grandparent, school coach, or anyone willing to put in the time to develop young players. The coach assembles a roster of around 10 players and submits the team registration paperwork. Then we add the team to the schedule.
Players per Team
Each team should have around 10 players, led by a volunteer coach.
Per Team
Covers the full season — regular season games, playoffs, the all-star game, and a team t-shirt for every player.
To Register Your Team
- 1
Submit a Team Registration Form. The coach fills out one form for the entire team, including the roster of all players. This is required to get your team on the schedule. Download the form →
- 2
Each player submits a Player Registration Form. Every player on the roster must individually complete and submit their own registration form. Players must have a completed form on file to be eligible to play on game day. Download the form →
